Energy Efficiency
The Botlek Site is among the world's 10 most energy-efficient production facilities for PO/TBA and derivatives. It uses cogeneration plants to produce both electricity and steam.
Certificates
Our environmental management system is part of the European management system and is certified in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 9001. An independent certification agency verifies the annual Site Environmental Report. At Botlek, we also produce USP Grade propylene glycols, which are certified in accordance with HACCP, GMP+, Kosher and Halal.
