The team of approximately 130 employees at the LyondellBasell site in Bayreuth has produced polypropylene compounds since 1987. Today, these high-performance materials are supplied to all leading car manufacturers and OEMs for internal or external use:

External use: In the production of bumpers; sidebars and side sills, air grilles.

Internal use: For dashboards, door panels, A, B, and C pillars, rear window shelves.

Under the bonnet: In the heating and cooling systems, exterior, interior, engine bonnet.
