Roofing Underlayment

Based on the proprietary Catalloy process technology from LyondellBasell, Hifax and Adflex resins are the materials of choice for synthetic roofing underlayments for residential applications.

Roof underlayments made with proprietary Catalloy rTPO resins provide wrinkle-free, tear and puncture resistant use, as well as high Coefficient of Friction (COF) for excellent anti-skid properties. They also offer light weight for ease of installation, nail “seal-ability” to prevent water leakage, good breathability with high Water Vapor Transmission Rate for dissipation of moisture vapor, and the ability to maintain physical properties at extreme temperatures (low and high temperature resistance).
